Christine Boland developed the Mindset©model in 2000. This model is based on four archetypes and is designed to bring the organisation’s identity into line with its image. The Mindset©model helps product developers, designers, policymakers and marketing managers develop and establish their style formulas. Brands and companies with a distinct identity can attune this to their mindset and pursue a consistent approach.

The Mindset©model is used during interactive workshops, consisting of two parts. During a training session, the archetypes are determined in a playful manner, which then form the basis of the model.
